These terms describe use of Studyhub's learning and collaboration service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Google and GitHub sign-in connect a provider identity to a Studyhub account; their services are governed by their own terms. If you use Studyhub on behalf of a school or organization, you must have authority to do so and to share its information.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Studyhub permission to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service and follow your sharing settings. Submit only content you have permission to use, including any personal or student information. Public sharing can make content accessible to people outside your class or organization.

Acceptable use

Do not use Studyhub to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass people, distribute malicious software, access accounts without permission, or disrupt the service. Do not evade access controls or misuse authentication and email features. Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse or protect users.

Learning tools and availability

Review lessons, translations, and AI-generated material before relying on or sharing it. Automated outputs can be inaccurate. Features may change and interruptions can occur; keep your own copies of essential materials. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Schools and younger learners

Schools, teachers, and guardians must ensure they have the permissions needed for learners to use the service and for information they submit. Do not create accounts or share student information without the authorization required for your circumstances.
